My name is Nicola Joseph, I am a registered Health Visitor and Paediatric Nurse. All health visitors are qualified nurses or midwives, with additional training in child health, health promotion and education. I have gained my years of qualified experience in both NHS hospitals and community settings. I have also gained valuable experience before qualifying from working in nurseries and childminding.

I now work exclusively in the community and devote all my time working with families. With the specific aim of promoting healthy lifestyles and enhancing the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of as many people as possible.

I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council who demand the highest standards of clinical practice, and I regularly undertake professional training to update my practice and skills. I am a member of the Royal College of Nursing.

 I am passionate about the benefits of health visiting, and believe that with support you will feel in control of everything you do.
